The appraiser may take any pictures necessary to determine a fair market value of the item(s) listed above. The appraiser will not use these pictures for any other purpose unless the owner permits their use for promotional materials. Promotional use may include but is not limited to, posting on the American Treasures, LLC website, social media outlets, and in newsletters

Pictures of the owner’s items can be used for promotional use.

Owner’s name and likeness can be used in promotional uses.

The owner understands that an appraisal is an estimate of market value and is not a guaranteed amount of saleable value. Any sale of a collectible item is entirely contingent on the market for the item and what a party is willing to pay.

A report for the appraisal of the owner’s item(s) will be presented to the owner once the appraiser has fully had an opportunity to examine the item(s). Normally, this report will be finished within 2 weeks, but may take longer depending on the quantity and complexity of the appraisal.

You understand all the provisions stated above and agree to allow American Treasures, LLC to appraise the items listed in the addendum. Owner Agrees to indemnify and save and hold harmless Appraiser from and against all claims and damages, whether actual or consequential, including attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses. Arising out of or relating to the agreement or services regardless of whether those claims or damages are based in law, equity, tort, warranty, contract, or federal or state statutory claims, including claims alleged to be the result of the negligent acts or omissions of Appraiser, unless otherwise provided by statute.

I, the Owner, agree to all above stated terms and conditions.
